The Breach takes inspiration from Portal, Rime, Qube. This project challenged me to work together with my teammates to upload high quality milestones on time and largely bug free. I created the BGM and SFX components as well as the raycasting mechanics for the player’s weapon. I also worked directly with the online Art students to better communicate our needs for the project.
What I’ve accomplished:
1.
Implemented and customized an open source audio playback system for background music as well as sound effects.
2.
Helped to implement art assets that balanced quality with performance.
3.
Created and bug tested a Vector4 color combination puzzle. Upon review by my professor along with some classmates, this content had to be cut due to forcing the player to know advanced mathematics.
